Brief

The intelligent nose-only inhalation exposure system iHeS is used in combination with an intelligent control unit and an improved nose-only inhalation exposure tower, and is controlled and analyzed using highly compatible eComa software. A set of software can simultaneously control up to 10 exposed tower structures.

Through various structural optimizations, the deviation between the exposed positions of each layer can reach up to 10%, greatly improving the repeatability of the experiment;

According to the characteristics of different aerosols or generator structures, the ventilation direction can be flexibly changed from top to bottom or from bottom to top;

The classic oral and nasal inhalation exposure tower can provide high repeatability aerosols for each animal. The single-layer exposure tower has 12 mouse positions and can provide up to 108 ports. The tower body is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or advanced aviation aluminum alloy, suitable for various commonly used aerosols

Real time monitoring of the living environment in animal exposed chambers can ensure that animals have a good living exposure environment, such as temperature and humidity, O2, CO, CO2, particulate matter concentration, etc., or to better control exposure conditions such as pressure difference, flow rate, etc. The system comes standard with temperature, humidity, and pressure sensors, as well as O2 and other optional options.

A user-friendly visual interface of the software that can automatically control the pressure, concentration, and sampling inside the exposed chamber according to program settings. Simply input parameters to start the experiment. Provide automatic control program writing, storage, calling, etc. Experimental data can be output in multiple formats. EComa has strong compatibility. Through compatibility embedding, all the aerosol generator control software of us  can be embedded in the main interface, such as fully automatic smoking robots, semi-automatic cigarette generators, linear cigarette generators, dust aerosol generators, VOC aerosol generators, etc., to achieve a set of software control for all devices.

The control program for inhalation exposure experiments can be written, stored, and called, and experimental data can be provided in multiple formats for output. The parameters that can be set or modified in the Protocol settings interface include pressure, concentration, flow rate, experimental time, working mode, etc. They can be stored, queried or modified by creating a unique identification ID number.

Provide electronic signature, data traceability, user level authorization management, and other functions, in compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations and GLP laboratory management requirements.
